Boiler Up! 2.0

Imagine a college with interesting classes, a great campus, and a fantastic basketball team. It’s hard to find all those things together, right? Well, I have found a college that has all of them. That’s why I want to go to Purdue.

Purdue’s classes are unbelievable. They have state-of-the-art equipment in their science program. Last year, I went to Purdue for a visit and saw their new biomedical engineering building. I was overwhelmed! I know taking science classes at Purdue will teach me a lot.

Not only does Purdue have good classes, the campus is nice, too. The buildings all look good together because they are made of the same materials, and there is a lot to do. Like going to Von’s, where you can listen to music, read books, and look at art. Next to Von’s is Jake’s, with the best burgers and fries on campus. Purdue’s campus has everything you need.

With all the learning you might do at Purdue, you will need a way to relax and have fun. Purdue has a great basketball program. The team is 20-10 so far this year, and Robbie Hummel might even get player of the year. Watching a game at Purdue would be the perfect way to relax after classes.

I plan to go to Purdue after high school. I think their classes, campus, and basketball program are perfect for me. I’m hoping to play on the basketball team myself. Boiler Up!

Boiler Up!

I want to go to Purdue. Purdue is in W. Lafayette, Indiana. I want to go there because they have a good campus, good classes, and good basketball. I am going to play on the basketball team.

Purdue has a good campus. All buildings are the same brick, but not the same design. There is Chauncey Village, which has Von’s. Von’s has music, books, art, and everything you could ever want, except food. That’s ok because Jake’s is right next door, and they have the best food like burgers, nachos, and fries.

Purdue has good classes. They have a lot of science classes and their science program is internationally known. I saw the biomedical engineering lab one time because my cousin goes there. They had so much equipment, it was awesome.

Purdue has a good basketball team. They are in the Big Ten and their colors are gold and black. Robbie Hummel avrages 16.8 points per game and he is a finalist for player of the year. If you want to read their blog, here it is. http://www.purduesports.com/blog/mens-basketball/

Is Ryan Braun innocent?

I think Ryan Braun is innocent. He says his drug test didn’t get sent to Fed Ex the right way. But that isn’t why I think he is innocent.

If you take steroids, your head gets bigger. And your stats. Ryan Braun said he didn’t get any better. And the team records said so. So how would he have steroids? He would of gotten bigger.

I think people on ESPN are still mad about other people taking steroids. And maybe they don’t believe Ryan Braun. But you can’t just be mad at people all the time. My dad is a person I respect because he always trusts people.

That is why I think Ryan Braun is innocent.
